I wanted to express my gratitude by writing this letter to discuss my first experience with Monica. The situation at hand is very hard and my parents are hoping to move back up north so they can be closer to their family. We met on Sunday, September 14th, not only did Monica show up early, but she was personable and really made us feel very comfortable. See, Monica was one of five realtors I was meeting with that day and I selected to meet with her after interviewing 15 others.

What I cherished the most in Monica was she exhibited honesty, professionalism, compassion, and integrity. She was well organized, prepared, and showed tons of enthusiasm. I realize there is no guarantee that the home will sell but I sure do feel better sitting in New Jersey knowing Monica is our realtor and working with my parents.
